Isabel and Tobias donate to Right To Play on their wedding day
Isabel Arbones and her husband Tobias Kärst spread their love on their big day by generously donating to Right To Play.
The couple gave a proportion of their cash gifts they received to Right To Play and encouraged guests to get involved through fun competitions throughout the day.
Isabel has a keen interest in philanthropy and is a graduate in International Development. She has also coached girls football. Tobias works at KaTech, an innovative food technology business. Having both enjoyed success in competitive sport and benefited from inspiring coaches, they had first-hand knowledge of the direct correlation between sport and personal growth. The couple and their family are also loyal Liverpool FC supporters, so Right To Play’s global partnership with LFC Foundation provided further motivation for them to support Right To Play at their wedding.
“For us, marriage means becoming an equal, caring and supportive team, but for some women and young girls’ marriage is not a free choice. We were keen to share the best day of our lives with friends and family from nine nationalities and spread their love and generosity to allow others to grow in confidence, find their voice and aim for equal partnerships in their own relationships,” says Isabel. “Right To Play immediately connected with our international development vision and personal values,” she adds.
Isabel and Tobias are a true inspiration and we would like to thank them for their kindness and wish them all the happiness in this new chapter of their lives.
