Olivier Gers is an experienced growth and transformation leader with a proven track record of leading meaningful change in modern media landscape. He has led global organisations leveraging digital disruption on global scale. Olivier was CEO of the International Association Athletics Federation (IAAF) and, prior to this, Global President of LiquidThread at Starcom MediaVest Group. Olivier has also served as CEO for the Endemol Worldwide Brands Division. Olivier was named Advertising Age Entertainment Marketer of the Year in 2007 and has served as an active industry spokesperson over the years.
Olivier studied at Sorbonne University in Paris and has an MBA in Marketing from ESSEC Business School.
