The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager will lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive country level MEL strategy for the Indigenous Programs at Right To Play. The MEL Manager ensures that project outcomes and impacts are distinction based (First Nation, Inuit, and Métis) effectively tracked, evaluated, and reported, and that learning is systematically integrated into program planning and decision-making. This role will work closely with program teams to build Indigenous and staff and community capacity, support adaptive management, and continuous improvement based on evidence and learning.
