ToR - Independent Evaluation Provider for Multi-Tusobola Project, Uganda

Right To Play Uganda is seeking a qualified independent evaluation provider to conduct the Endline Evaluation for the Multi-Tusobola Project, a 3-year initiative funded by the Third Millennium Foundation. The project has been implemented from April 2023 to December 2025 in the low-income settlements of Naguru and Kinawataka, Kampala.

The endline will assess the project’s relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability. It will measure progress against the Results Framework, document lessons learned, and provide recommendations for scaling and replication.
