Children Are Protected, Educated and Empowered Through the Generous, Long-Standing Support of Independent Franchise Partners

Our valued partnership with Independent Franchise Partners began in 2013, when the London-based asset management firm joined forces with Right To Play to protect, educate and empower some of the world's most vulnerable children.

Since then, Independent Franchise Partners has generously donated more than £550,000, supporting approximately 18,300 children across our programme countries by:

• helping them access quality education;
• empowering girls to take their rightful place in play and in society; and
• helping to provide vital psychosocial support to vulnerable children living in fragile environments.

Independent Franchise Partners makes regular annual donations to our urgent work and attends our yearly fun and interactive Sports Quiz fundraising event in London in support of our mission.

Ensuring children can learn in safe, supportive environments

Independent Franchise Partners' support is crucial and has, for example, been paramount in enabling our work in Mali, where conflict has uprooted families and closed or destroyed schools.

With children living through poverty, displacement and instability, many have been shut out of learning because of lack of access or loss of the documentation they need to enrol. Even when they get to return to the classroom, children have been left carrying trauma that makes learning feel impossible.

But thanks to Right To Play and the kind continued support of partners like Independent Franchise Partners, children are returning to learning in safe, supportive environments and getting vital specialist emotional well-being support through play-based activities.
