Double your impact this festive season
Right To Play’s end of year campaign 2024 is raising vital funds to support vulnerable children around the world who are living through crisis situations and are experiencing severe emotional stress and trauma.
And by donating this December, you can make twice the impact to help children in urgent need. Any donation made from 3-13 December 2024 will be DOUBLED, thanks to a group of generous donors who are matching donations.
Millions of children globally are facing extreme challenges on a daily basis. It is estimated that one in six children lives in a conflict zone and more than 43 million children worldwide have been forcibly displaced (a figure that has doubled in the past decade). Climate disasters are also increasingly affecting children in vulnerable communities.
These situations threaten children’s learning and can have a devastating impact on their emotional health and well-being into adulthood.
By playing your part this festive season, you can help give children a safe space to cope and learn.
Here’s how your support can make a difference:
- £10 can provide essential school supplies like a notepad, books, and pencils for one child, so they can continue learning.
- £20 can provide hygiene kits, including soap, a toothbrush and toothpaste, antiseptic and hand sanitiser to help keep children safe.
- £60 can support children affected by displacement and conflict, helping them cope with stress and trauma.
For children facing conflict, disaster, or poverty, safe spaces to play and learn often don't exist. Right To Play is changing that. Our trained coaches, teachers, and mentors are working tirelessly to ensure that children in crisis can play, grow and cope with the challenges they face.
