Mark your calendars and celebrate International Day of Play with Right To Play between 10-17 June!
Recently adopted by the United Nations, the International Day of Play will highlight the vital importance of play for children globally and help ensure that no child is denied this basic right.
We invite you to join us during the week of 10 – 17 June to celebrate play with us across Morrisons stores around the country.
Together, we can pledge our support for some of the world’s most vulnerable children to have the right to play.
Why play matters
For close to 25 years, we have harnessed play to protect, educate, and empower children in some of the world’s most challenging contexts, helping them stay in school and graduate, resist exploitation, overcome prejudice, prevent disease, and heal from the trauma of war and displacement.
As conflict, crises, and climate disasters continue to drive millions of children into poverty and marginalisation, our support is now more urgent than ever.
A gift of £35 could give children affected by displacement, conflict, and poverty access to vital play-based psychosocial support.
