Liliane Nasrallah

Country Director, Lebanon

Liliane joined Right To Play in September 2026 as Country Director for Lebanon. She brings over 15 years of experience across the humanitarian and development sectors, with country, regional and global roles in the Middle East and Europe. Her background spans field operations, child protection, education, humanitarian programming, monitoring, evaluation and learning, programme and operational oversight, partnership development, and organisational leadership and representation.

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with government institutions, donors, UN agencies, and civil society organisations. Liliane holds a PhD in Modern History, an MBA and a bachelor's degree in information technology, as well as a certificate in Child Protection from Harvard and a PMP certificate from the American University of Beirut. She is particularly interested in connecting evidence, learning and strategy to strengthen programmes and support sound decision-making. Outside of work, Liliane is an abstract painter, an avid reader, and enjoys learning languages.
