Susan Vardon
National Director, Canada and United States
Susan has been the National Director of the CNO since September 2019 and took on the additional role as the National Director for the U.S. National Office in January 2025. Susan’s career has been in the non-profit sector with much of it as a fundraiser and specifically working in the area of major gifts. Susan graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and has a CFRE, Certified Fundraising Executive, designation.
When not working, Susan likes to hang out with her family at their cabin in the woods, eat good food, run recreationally and paddle a canoe.
