Titus Tumusiime
Country Director, Uganda
Titus has over 17 years’ experience in managing and designing programmes. He has expertise in child rights programming, education, livelihoods, and health programming.
He joins RTP from LM International, Khartoum Sudan where he worked as the Head of Programmes, and later worked as the Deputy Country Director. He has a Masters in Poverty Reduction; Policy and Practice from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management, a degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University and a bachelor’s degree in law from Cavendish University. Titus previously worked with Eriks Development Partner (a Swedish international child rights NGO) as the East Africa Regional Manager.
He previously also worked as an Monitoring and Evaluation Expert with several international NGOs such as Save the Children International, ChildFund International and GOAL.
